I’ve used this car wash many times with good results but this evening at 6:45 PM I used the left bay and the passenger side of my Grand Cherokee had a 4 foot scratch down the side.

The car wash is great definitely love that I always bring my car there to wash it. But today was the first time that I was actually going to use it for vacuuming after the car wash. Vacuum number four said $1 but actually charged me $1.25 and then there was no suction at all so then I moved over to the vacuum where it has TapPay that one was not accepting tap pay and I was not going to put my card in there, so then I moved to the vacuum that has the fragrance spray also that you can use that one actually did charge me $1 but the vacuum had no suction again and then I tried to use the fragrance spray and only air came out no spray came out. I tried to see if there was someone around to see if they could fix it or so I could get my money back no one answered the door and I did not see anyone working around a lot. I feel that this car wash should have an attendant on at least from the hours of 8:00am till at least 7:00 p.m. Other than that I absolutely love this car wash

I personally had a good experience with the touch less car wash, so I recommended my husband bring his car here, telling him it was touch free and gentle since he cannot use regular washes on his car. However, despite choosing the Deluxe package and touch free, when we entered the wash, it immediately started using the brushes. At the end of the wash, as it was drying, it then dropped soap all over his car again. For $21, we unfortunately did not get anything we asked for and left with a still dirty car. Was hoping we could just contact someone and not have to leave a review, but there was not option to contact with feedback.

Paid for the best wash and my car still had dirty spots and soapy area where it hadn’t been washed… will not be going back

Spent $20 on the left side of the car wash, left with a few dirt spots that the machine failed to clean; the drying horrible! It left water droplets all over the windows , hood and the rear of the car, so went home and dry it. If you want to use this car wash make sure to bring your chamois cloth to avoid water spots all over your car. The only good thing is open 24/7
